Regarding your question on my blog, it really depends on what time you workout (as far as what to eat before a workout) and it also depends on how your body reacts to food. For example, I workout in the morning, but I eat oatbran before I workout.  For some people that may not be good (GI distress) but for me it&#039;s great!  I think it&#039;s good to just make sure you aren&#039;t too full, or you aren&#039;t hungry.  So if your stomach is growling, eat something small to hold you over.  If you aren&#039;t hungry, don&#039;t eat!  But bring a snack with you to the gym either way, in case you get hungry while working out.  I can&#039;t workout whiel I&#039;m hungry!!  SOYJOY or any other 100-150 calories bars are good.</description>
