I used to be totally sedentary and knew nothing about healthy eating. Now, I exercise regularly and eat healthy foods most of the time, although probably not as much as I “should.”
This part of my life will always be a “work in progress!” (See: part 3.)
I’ll be honest, sometimes (ok, a lot) I look at girls who are thinner than I am or people who have lost more weight that I and I get discouraged. But I come to these pages to remember how far I’ve come as I set future goals for my health and fitness.
