Sugar-free Cinnamon Peach Sauce for Waffles/Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Stevia (or Splenda or sugar, if desired)
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 healthy dash cinnamon
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh peaches
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, bring water, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Add peaches. Bring to a boil; boil another 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in extract. Serve warm.
